Business Intelligence consolidates and analyzes all refuelling data, generating comprehensive reports that allow our customers to have better control over their assets.

At AFS we believe that flexibility is the key. In line with this we have developed a reporting solution from scratch in order to facilitate the interfacing to any institution to obtain refuelling records, as well as providing an interface to any ERP type solution that the customer requires.

AFS Information Management System (AIMS) is the solution through which all AFS customers’ refuelling statistics are generated. This system is unique in that it combines transactions performed via the retail network, home base and the 24 hour eFuel help desk. This information is stored centrally allowing for regular backups to occur. Backups are done daily, with firewall protection provided at three levels.

Information is collected and collated daily. All transactions are reviewed and analyzed for exceptions. Reports detailing vehicle consumptions, network usage, site wetstock reconciliation and numerous exception management reports are produced. AIMS caters for reports in PDF, HTML, Excel and CSV formats. These reports are made available to users on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, via our AIMSpush email reporting system.

The information can also be offered via our AIMSonline web based interface, where authorized users can pull reports directly from the website. Preventative maintenance is effected through the constant monitoring of transaction information. Problematic areas are identified and repairs actioned.
